Shahravar will coach in proper posture and technique but is not responsible for injury or strain due to improper movement. What to wear to dance class? Yoga wear is great. Also leggins, dance or harem pants, unitards too. Some Ladies prefer sports bras, tank tops And wrap tops. Guy's usually go with vests. You may wear soft leather sole dancer sandals or dark socks, barefoot is great too. Look for a scarf to tie around your hips (to check alignment). Feel free to bring water, Please No chewing gum.
